On this page, you can secure a consultation time slot. Consultations run approximately one hour and can be held on Zoom or a phone call. The consultation fee is a non-refundable $50, but the consultation fee can be applied to any menu packages you might purchase.

As of right now, all Bourbon Steward Classes will need to be scheduled under restaurant consultations, and you must have a valid ABC license with at least 5 staff members attending the class.
